Vendor Fields

I am tryng to create a list of purchased parts with vendor code and name of primary vendor.  I have parts that in IN-A and IN-B show a vendor code and name, but in the MTICMSTR record there is only a code.  In other cases there is code with an incorrect vendor name. Still others have a name but no code.  IN every case I have looked at, in IN-A and IN-B the vendor code and name is correct.  Where else can I look to pull both the correct vendor code and name, and what can I do to fix the MTICMSTR file?

The correct code is stored in MTICMSTR but IN-A & B are cross referencing to the Vendor file to get the name.  The name in MTICMSTR is no longer maintained by the program.

Thanks, Lynn that helps.  I guess I just have to ignore all the outdated info in MTICMSTR.
