getting rid of blank location

I am getting ready to do the may update and know one of the things I need to change is our one blank location.  Do I need to do this before I run the update?  What exactly are the steps I have to take, if any?  
 
 Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Run UT-K-E after installing the update so you are running the latest version.
