Updated to 9/16/09 today.  System worked for an hour and then froze.  Rebooting and restarting brings a message "Data disctionary file could not be opened C:\dbamfg\wtasfmgr.dbf".
 
reinstalling did not help.  restarting does not help.  I can run DBA but not EVO.  Any ideas? Shocked

I am assuming you received the e-mail from Lynn with the updated BKMENUSU.txt file?  Have you tried saving that file?
