T6 Since update 1/22/10 SP1

All our T6 customized forms are no longer accessible to print since we performed our update.  Must we customize the EN forms now?  
 
Also, under the Help menu the only two items that work are Web Help and About.  Where have the other two options gone?

1.  If you set "Use Evo Notes" to Y in SD-A then you have to use "EN" RTMs.
2.  Delete DBAHELP.GID in DBAMFG (for Win XP).  For Vista/Win 7, you need to download updated Help files from Microsoft but there may still be issues with loading the Help across the network.
