AR Aging Defaults Change Randomly

Our AR aging defaults are set as we want them to be, but certain accounts default to different agings.  This appears to be random.  We know that we can change these on the fly, but we are not doing that.  Is there a purge of some kind needed?  Sad

If you run a range of customers, the default will be retained.  If you run a single customer, the periods on the aging report will show multiples of the Days Till Due per terms for that customer.
