PLANNER CODES
03/11/10 at 12:22:58

When we print "Order Action Report" there is a field named Planner Code Range.  We are going to start using that field.  We have decided on names for the planners and will start putting them into the parts through IN-B under MRP.  Our testing is going fine.

But is there any way to print a report showing all the inty parts with their Planner Code?  We have noticed there are already several different Planner Codes attached to some parts in DBA.  Someone must have put them in a long time ago; and we would like to clean them up.  I have been through all the file names in the print layouts and can not find that field to export.

That field is stored in MTICMSTR in MTIC.PROD.WIPDP, so you could grab it with a query into Excel. I don't see that there is a report that would let you print just the items that have a code.

You can also assign Planner Code to ranges of items using MR-D rather than entering one at a time in IN-B
