I am in EVO and there are CSN & CSH notes that keep printing on the pack slips, and I don't want them to print.    EVO notes is turned off in the defaults.  If I print notes in the Pack slip mode (SO-C) I get the CSN notes.  If I print notes and hidden I get CSN & CSH.  I can not get HID or PCK to print on the pack slip.  They are the only ones I want.
