OK ... I guess the "use a previously saved format?" doesn't work after an upgrade. Now I have to start the export all over again. Sad
I hope it saves the export !

I noticed if you have Excel 2007 version you can import data from the tables directly into Excel.  Under Data- From Other Sources tab, Data Conection Wizard.  I had my IT person do a a ODBC-DSN connection for me.  So now all I have to do is find the table I want.  The only negative is I haven't determined if there is a date range available (currently it gives me everything ever done).

If you know a little about filters (like if you have used Crystal Reports), skip the initial wizard (click Cancel) and use Microsoft Query. It will let you choose the columns you need and filter them on any field, including dates.
