Report on Customer Purchases
04/05/10 at 08:24:01

Is there a report from EVO which lists all items purchased by a specific customer?  or do we have to Crystal such a report?

You could use SA-M, use RTM named T6OPSALE.RTM and sort by item and filter by the customer and you will get 1 line per item for that customer.

Ok, I tried that but no success.  I included the part # range in full since I don't know which customers buy which parts, and all I got was a summary, no item codes listed using that suggested RTM.  It gave me
a line for each customer, not by item. I could not make it sort by item. Any tricks on that?

Ah, well never mind.  Turns out someone already had this "Crystal'd", so we are all set.

Further update - we can do this in Evo using SA-C, as it turns out.

You have to change SA-M to sort by Item not Customer to get 1 line per item with that RTM.  SA-C will give way more than you want because you will have every invoice listed so if they bought the same thing more than once, you will have a huge report.  SA-M is a better summary.
