insert image into support forum post

Good Morning,
I dont understand the intructions on how to post an image to this fourm.
What does Templates/Forum/default/on.gif mean?
I want to post a .jpg of a computer screen. We dont have internet on our DBA computers. So I have to Xfer the .jpg via thumbdrive.
Any and all help appreciated.
