We're testing the SR and RM modules. In SR, Holly created a new Service/repair order. When you go to SR-C to convert to a work order, first it jumps down to the 3rd Y/N field so you can't modify the ones above w/o creating an access violation. Secondly, when you go thru the selections and click on Process, it appears to do something very briefly. When you go into WO to find the WO that should have been created, there's nothing there. Sorted by start date and we cannot find anything listed. Do we not have something setup properly somewhere? Val
