It looks like a Northern New England users group has never actually taken off - although it has been pretty close.  This time we have a place (Portsmouth, NH). time and some energy, we just need some interest.
 
We have started a thread on Google Wave for anyone who is interested in such a users group.  It seemed like the perfect tool for organizing such an event.  At this point Google Wave is fairly new so you will need to be invited in order to sign up.  Let us know and we can invite you to join the wave.
