Saving Printing Preferences

When we try to save our preferences we get the following msg:
"This feature needs to be turned on in SD-Q before it will save your settings"
where in SD-Q? we coundnt find it

On the System Manager tab, the first option, "Configuration Settings". Also note the settings for "Enable Save/Change Default RTMs".

We typed "2" and it does work now.
