The On hand quantity was not deducted after shipping and posting the item. In the transactions, you can see the workorder receipt of 13 units and the SO shipment of 13 units, but on hand is still 13 instead of zero. I ran SM-J transaction level "B" but it did not fix the problem? any suggestions?
