Sure does....When you go to print the PO, one of the choices is e-mail.  One note, EVO uses an internal e-mail program, so the internal e-mail setup must be done properly for it to work correctly.  Lynn or one of the other admins can probably give you the particulars.  Also, if you want to keep a record of what was sent, I strongly urge you to BCC yourself (also a part of the setup)
