Like everybody else we must have equipment specific lockout/tagout procedures for each machine and power tool. Any ideas on how DBA can help us accomplish this?
 
Sadly, we weren't aware of this requirement to recently.
 
I came up with a template that lists the steps to shut off an re-energise.  I left an inch top margin and printed 200 copies. I then used  RO-J-C to have each machine name and number to  print on a 1"high pages and ran my 200 copies thru the printer again so that each one now had the machine name and number printed on the top.  We will slowly go to each machine and fill out the more specific LOTO procedure info with respect to each machine.
 
Just wondering if anyone had any creative ideas on how DBA could help us with our "Hazardous  Energy Control" program?
