Has anyone used DBA to create job hazard assessments of job safety amalysis?
 
I was thinking there might be someway to do it with routings.  Even if  I had to create another company so that I could make unique sequences.
 
Or does anyone know an easy way to do JHAs or JSAs?    Some companies do them by the machine while other do it by the job.  From what I understand OSHA prefers  them by the job an that is why I think DBA routing would be good.
