According to ISTECH support that particular setting in on:  
"....ISICMSTR, field IS.PROD.EXTRA position 9"  
 
To do a mass update I try  
UPDATE ISICMSTR SET IS_PROD_EXTRA = '       Y' (8 blank spaces)  
 
it does not work. the "Y" goes back to position 1  
 
Help!!!!  
 
Any ideas how to mass update our inventory?

Never mind, It works (I think).
 
Funny thing, if you open the pervasive control panel and open the table you no longer see the "spaces"
But if you open EVO the ITP settings have been updated it.
 
Dont try to do what I did, since the spaces are "gone" who knows what ISTECH was using them for.
