I am trying to enable the extended commission system, but it gives me the message:
You have Sales Orders that are marked ready to ship.  You have to finish shipping these orders, or unrelease them before you can turn this system on.
 
I have run the released sales or report ...there is nothing released.
 
I have run post invoices open range ...there is nothing to post.
 
Can someone please advise me what I should try next?
