DBA Classic Version 2004.1 with IS Tech Update 12/21/08
 
I updated material cost on an item to get current cost for a new estimate.  The updated cost was not reflected in the estimate.  Additionally, on another part number I entered a cost for a larger quantity of material in ES-H and in turn it was not reflected in an estimate.
