I have one user who has suddenly started seeing this problem: When she loads up IN-A, she has her settings set to go right into the lookup screen.  The "new screen" title shows up on the bottom of the Evo desktop, then another window starts called "inventory" and it ends up being just  the title bar and no grid.  I tried changing her user settings to open up and the regular screen and then using the Lookup to get the inventory lookup, and you still get just the title bar for the inventory lookup grid.
 
This happens whether she is logged in or with any other user on her system, so the issue is on her system. Which settings file needs to be replaced for this issue to be fixed? She has already tried rebooting her system. This is only and issue for IN-A, and only for her. No other users are having this problem.

Update:  problem resolved.  The grid was somehow shrunk down to just the title bar of the grid window, and if I right-clicked and selected resize, I was able to resize the window to see and use the grid. No idea how the user's grid for IN-A got like that, but she's all set.
