Somewhere along the line, in the very distant past, we have been able to change our "Standard" labor rate, but can no longer find out where to do it...
 
What we want to do is to change our current $14.50 per hour "cost" (labor) to $16.00 per hour -  WITHOUT doing it for each individual part / product.  
 
Any help would be appreciated.
