Just a quirk we just noticed......When you run a BOM Availability report, if you have parts in QC hold, they don't show up....they are not OH and they are not on PO....they are just not there.

AH - OK - yes, if the part is in QC hold awaiting buyoff it does not show up on the availability and should.  (There are times when parts will sit in this status for a few days as some decisions are made) - Is there any way to do this ourselves, or does it require programing.
 
While I am at it, it would be REALLY nice if, when there are items on PO on the availability, you could get the delivery date of the PO - I know it is probably unreasonable....but work asking.
