Cannot Open Report Editor
02/03/11 at 10:48:51
I'm running EVO (as Administrator)on a Windows 7 64bit computer. We consolidated Locations and now some of our reports are not printing correctly. I have tried to modify reports/forms on both EVO and DBA Classic and both have either thrown multiple errors (DBA) OR just failed to open (EVO). I really need to get some RTMs fixed quickly. Any suggestions?

we have the same configuration, no problem here.
you must login as DBA/EVO Administrator
User: Admin
pass: .....
Years, ago we consolidated location as well, your reports should not affected, it must be something else...

You have to use the DBA Report editor to modify DBA RTMs (BK...) and the Evo editor to modify Evo RTMs (T6... or EN...). If you cross platforms, it will let you edit but the RTMs will be corrupted.
