We have never used it and are planning to start. Does anyone have any suggestions for setting up the various codes? I just figured if someone has been using the system for awhile maybe we could avoid some of the learning curve, and avoid unforseen problems. A list of the what you are using would be great!

Hi - They just recently improved the system and we are still learning what is new.  But I can tell you some important things to consider upfront are your reporting options.  How do you want your Customer & Sales information to report? We use Territory for most of our reports but they also have new Class options, lead source & Sales Rep available for further breakdown.  The new calander with reminders looks useful
