Since Upgrade-Labor Report Seq. Sorted won't run
02/18/11 at 14:45:34
We recently upgraded (haven't upgraded since 2008) and ever since our Labor Efficiency Report will not print when sorted by sequence. We use this specific report in order to close workorders so need to find out how to fix it ASAP.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know a fix to this problem?
Thanks,
Tisha

Did you update to the October or January update? It was an issue in the October update but fixed in the January.

Okay, we did the January update. So, now it is running, but it takes 2-3 minutes for it to print. Is there anything we can do to correct this new problem?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Finally got the report to run, but it ran 7 pages of obsolete information on an employee who has been gone for a couple of years now. Is anyone else have problems running the labor by sequence?
Thanks!

Hi, just found this post. There is another similar one under "Problems-Repeatable". We recently did several updates also and we are definitely having the same problems. The owner here would like to reverse the updates! It takes a long time to get the report and it gives the obsolete posts just like you mentioned. There seem to have been others posting this same thing since the January update came out, but I haven't seen any positive responses. Hopefully resolution soon!

What is the ISTS Enhancement date on the top of the JC-G screen?

Hi Lynn,
I'm using the JC-C report, and the update is 11/30/10.
Thank you, Cathy
