AP-B Access Violation Errors
03/01/11 at 11:34:02

To Anyone Who Can Help,

Sometimes when our Accounting person uses this module, they get an "Access Violation" error after trying to print. This happens often They have to log off and back on to their computer before using AP-B again. Would you know why the errors occurs and how to prevent it?

Thanks,

We have a similar problem from time to time with AP-A and exiting--creates an access violation error.  Our CFO was in editing a vendor and went to exit out after saving and it gave her an access violation.  She said it also didn't save the changes she made - she printed a check for the vendor and it still contained the old info (maybe she didn't save, or it gave her the AV upon saving, sometimes users get confused). So she just did a manual check (I would have tried going back into the record and trying again, but that's just me).

We have the same problem when our CFO uses the GL-b. When this happens we have to close EVO then restart it. Any help on this issue would be great.
