PO-C receive purchase orders (inventory/not QC)

is there a way to turn off the "qc inspection" option for receiving purchase orders?  
i want purchase orders to be received into inventory only, as if mistakenly rec'd into QC,
is somewhat of a hassle to correct.

It can be set in Master Default Settings - Purchase Orders - Processing - Receive into (QC/Inventory)

I have the appositive problem; we need everything to go to QC. We do have it set to receive to QC, but in PO-C it can be change. How can I make it so that there will be no choice in PO-C to change it?

There is a setting in IN-B that can be used to force receipt to QC
