Update to Latest Program

While in the ADMIN menu I noticed SO-O-E was the new GUI version. I do not have that pulling on my login. I have updated everyone to the lastest program a few times since this came out.
 
Why is this? are there others I am probably not using? Do I need to look at all the programs side by side and manually update?

Is there a resolution to this question?  Our ADMIN account has a different SO-A screen than all of our users.  I want the ADMIN version.  I've tried using the UPDATE to Latest program button.  All users get the DBA Classic version instead.  Checked the defaults and am completely baffled!  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
