We too are having problems with IN-F not running.  We run a value report on the same group of items each month.  We usually run it during the first week of a month with an as-of of the last day of the previous month.  
 
We updated to the 1/18 release since my 2/28 report ran.  I now can not run the 3/31 report.  It also will not run as of today.
 
I am now working on my test system where I can see constant disk activity when IN-F is running.  I let the program run unattended for about 30-40 minutes and got to 14 lines on the IN-F status screen.  This same report usually ran in under 1 minute.
 
When I first experienced this problem this morning GL-O had not been run since 4/1. So shouldn't be too much to back out.
 
Need suggestions.
