We are finally using the S/R module. But I didn't think the whole thing out. If anyone has any ideas on any of this I'd like to hear

Also when printing a S/R thru SR-B it doesn't print just flashes and goes away.

The S/R module uses ISSRINV and ISSRINVL instead of BKARINV and BKARINVL tables for storing open orders. They both wind up in BKARHINV and BKARHIVL after invoicing. So, yes, different than Sales Orders.

SR-B works fine if you select a valid S/R and if you have selected a valid form (RTM).

That doesnt work either - I've already converted them to WO, so does that make a difference? I ask for open s/r's when printing thru SR-B, but they do have a "C" next to them. BUT they don't have a "c" next to them thru SR-A. It just disappears with either way.

Does anyone know how to print reports in RMA and S/R modules?  Need current Status of both
If the report looked as clean as the Look Up Screen with part number added - would be great
SO-O-J does not cut it.  Want to know at a glance if the RMA is received, dispositioned, closed or open

It is possible that you have outdated rtms.  Try renamining one of the --SRB-.rtx files to --SRB-.RTM found in the update.
