we are having a problem with e-mail addresses tagging them selves to the next used customer's contacts.  We also cannot not delete them from the incorrect customer.  This happened after we e-mailed a quotation to one customer and then pulled the next customer to e-mail to and the previous customer's email address is listed.

We are having the same issue AND now we are even losing contact information. We can't even add them back in because the option is grayed out. So frustrating!  cry

I just email Lynn regarding this problem.
 
I came out with our own solution, we deleted all records (backup the table first) then add 2 records
for each customer 1: DO NOT USE, 2: PRIMARY CONTACT (BKCM_ACCN_PRIM='Y').
 
In that way, we avoid data duplication and corruption.
we have a ms access app that did it for us, once the "two records" were exported to evo, we used access again to update emails and phone numbers.
