I just email Lynn regarding this problem.
I came out with our own solution, we deleted all records (backup the table first) then add 2 records
for each customer 1: DO NOT USE, 2: PRIMARY CONTACT (BKCM_ACCN_PRIM='Y').
In that way, we avoid data duplication and corruption.
we have a ms access app that did it for us, once the "two records" were exported to evo, we used access again to update emails and phone numbers.
