We just updated to the latest SP (for the May 2011 version) and when we print a job cost report it adds the line at the end as if you printed a report for an open work order, I looked at the RTM file and believe that is the problem, I just don't know what the file used to look like. I can hide the line, but that won't alert us to when someone has printed a report on an open work order. DBA still prints correctly, and we checked it (both EVO and DBA) against WO's that were closed pre-update. That's why I'm pretty sure something is not correct in the T6JCA1.RTM. Thanks
