We're exporting our Vendors, and the field labeled BKAP.TAX.ID in the export of BKAPVEND is blank for all vendors even though the field labeled Tax ID No in AP-A is definitely filled in.  Is it stored in a different table?

Yes.  Not sure why (we inherited this, remember) but it is in BKAPVND2 along with the flag as to whether or not to send a 1099.
