A Florida manufacturing company is looking for a Controller / Cost Accountant with extensive experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.  As a minimum the successful candidate must have a 4 year degree in accounting and a minimum of 7 years experience in an accounting function.
 
Presently the job duties include preparing bank reconciliations, monthly closing entries, creating P&L statements and Balance sheets for 7 subsidiaries including one offshore company with dual currency setup.  
 
On a weekly basis, must prepare the operations summary for each subsidiary and present to management for review.  
 
The present fully integrated accounting software used is DBA and there will be interaction in the Bills of Materials and Physical Inventories module in addition to the Accounting modules.
