odd information when entering new inventory

We have been on DBA for quite some time and we are tryig to push our users to EVO. I am new to both systems, but have 20 plus years experience in other ERP/ MRp systems. We are finding some things in evo that we don't understand. Can anyone explain the information newer files copied, please restart IN-B. I appreciate any help.

The first time that some of the programs run on a client they need to copy themselves into the local ISTS folder. You will get that for SO-A, AR-A, IN-A, IN-B, and most other T7 style programs. From time to time IS Tech will publish updates that will require your users to do that dance again. A little annoying, but it only happens the first time running a new version of a program and then it is good to go.
