Had the admin try his login, didn't work. Does it need to be a local account?

Default is blank for both, and I believe that is the recommended setup unless you have some special need for security.

Tried that, didn't work.

The only place I put a password is was in the pervasive control center. In order to access the User tab it said you had to enable security by bringing up the properties of the database, click security tab, and enter a password.

I tired that password, but I have no idea what username to use as pervasive never asked for a username when enabling security.

I tired the usual, administrator, admin, root, etc. nothing.

That pervasive security option is what caused the problem. Disabled the security and the prompt went away.
