Hi.  Currently on Classic DBA w/ IS tech support update - Nov. 2011.  We are currently evaluating EVO.  The problems is that since we set up a workstation to use the EVO our Contact Manager is not functioning properly.  In DBA we get a message that EVO has been activated and is making it difficult for other users to work in that menu.  On the EVO side, it errors constantly.  I haven't been able to get any report to run, it errors if you try to go into the default and locks up all together when running a report.  I don't really know how to fix or undo this.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Update...
 
We have switched completely to EVO and are still having problems with the CM.  The new CM-B-B crashes on me every time I use it.  Plus, it doesn't even offer any of the report options that the old CM did.  Since, I can't get any useful reports out of it, does anyone know how to print a list of email address or a list of fax numbers that have the account, fax number or email address another way?  I've tried exporting the account, but then you can't filter the results at all.
