What's the lastest version for DBA/EVO?  We are currently running V8 (I know,  I know) looking to update.  Can I purchase through IS Tech Support or do I go directly to Pervasive?

The current version is PSQL 11 and it is available from IS Tech Support.  I need the user count to privide pricing.
