Parts rec'd but can not pick to pay

Hi - Parts rec'd on PO, transaction shows parts received in IN-A, but when in AP-C to Pick Invoice to Pay, the system states there are no receivers found
The line item is there with 0 qty.  Person recalls that the system did lock up when she tried to Pick the line to pay  -  how do I fix this now?

Easiest is to close the PO in PO-K and enter the invoice as a voucher in AP-B and post to the PO/RNI GL Account
