We have one product that has an option that adds a phantom assembly. It adds the two parts in the phantom to the BOM correctly, but the quantities don't backflush properly. The BOM correctly shows 3 or 4 of each part from the phantom, but backflushing always issues 1 of each.  
 
Note that for this product we process the WO's with the Multi WO program.

Yes, WOBOM was what I meant, sorry.

I'm having a problem with the "Options" as well.  We have a product that is set up to allow us to choose what type of material the final product will be made from.  I was entering a quote with that part, the features & options window opens, I choose the options and click "GO" and get sent back to the line item screen of the form....only the options won't print.  Sometimes when I get back to the line item screen the original line item entry is no longer there.  We're currently on EVO.  It was working fine in DBA, but we just switched to EVO so this is just my first experiences with this type of entry on the EVO side.  Curious if anyone else is having a similar issue of if we're just blessed with all the good stuff.

I use F and O for most of my orders.
My boms have an array of option boms and some type b Items on them
If I have any I always put the type B boms at the end of my main bom after all the options.
Some of the options have B boms others have type A boms
 
When multi- level converting the sales order to wo's  if I change the qty of an item sometimes it messes up and multiplies all of the items on an option bom by the changes qty.
 
I no longer change qty at conversion I just make what it needs and adjust them after.  
This doesn’t happen on every order just some orders and on some items.
 
also I have issues where it sometimes will put an item in the wrong pick slip.
usually its the last item on the order. seems like it just randomly will add it to some other pick slip.

Anything on this ?

We are on EVO 8/7/12 sp1 and are trying to re-establish the options feature and it seems to be pulling the options and features properly, but it isn't printing on the acknowledgement.  It just reads like this"

The description isn't printing.  Is there a setting we need to use in the form or some way to get the description to print on the paperwork?
