Can't Pull in AR Notes with T7

We had it enabled with the BK programs, but it is not offering the option in the latest T7 screens, and I can't seem where to find an additional option. AR Defaults in SD-M (DEF-M) has "Attach notes from ARA" set to Y.
 
We don't have Evo Notes turned on - is that the problem? I haven't done that yet as I'm not sure what that entails or the impact of existing notes. I almost feel like a new user...

http://www.istechsupport.com/dl/EvoNotes.pdf may help understand what Evo Notes do.  One advantage is that you do not have to copy the customer note into every order to print on the desired documents.  You can simply print the Customer Note (based on type selected) on the associated sales document.

With Evo Notes turned on, it appears that you can't print using the T6 forms? I realize that the ENs won't show up on the T6 forms, but even with no notes attached I get an error message and endless "Processing....". Guess I will have to turn off ENs for now until I can get the EN forms modified.
