Can't get 2nd Line Desc to print in EN SOC
04/19/12 at 13:07:28

They work fine in SO-B and SO-F, but not SO-C. Can anyone tell me what tab they are on? It looks like it's on DescriptionAndBins: TASFile, but nothing prints. I was working on the form so I thought maybe I broke it, so I went back to the original RTX, renamed it to RTM and it doesn't print either.

Oh, and I can't get the Total Weight to print either.

Make sure you are saying Y to "Print Comments after Shipped items"

Ok, another Setting started not sticking...

We've always had that set to Yes, but it disappeared and I can't get it to stay now. The strange thing is, it seemed to just start for no particular reason. However, overnight I did apply the SP1 patch and it is still happening. And I did confirm that until the end of the day the T7SOC I was using was dated 1/26/12, so I hadn't somehow gotten the new version ahead of time.

However, I didn't hear anything from Shipping yesterday afternoon about problems with printing, so I just checked and their setting is sticking. For the most part. When I first had them check, Print Ship Dates was checked and it's not supposed to be, and Print Comments After Shipped Items was NOT checked and it should be. I also SUSPECT that Print Non Released Lines was set to NO, as when they tried to actually print it, it said that nothing met the selection criteria. So I'm guessing that everything was set to factory default (isn't Print Non Released set to No by default?).

Then they tried again and it was back to the correct setting.

???

UPDATE:
Now it is also not remembering the Print Kit Components setting. Again, this is only on my workstation. All the other ones I've tried it on (4 others) it seems to be working fine with the exception of that one time on one station.

The Save Settings has 2 options - save personal settings and save Global settings.  If you have saved personal settings, it stores the information locally and if the local settings exist, they override the global settings stored on teh server in hte company folder.  If you are seeing different values on different workstations they may have saved local settings.

Ok, in SO-C I can save as local settings and they stick. Which file do I need to delete/empty in order to remove the local settings?
