Edit the user in PS-G and go to the bottom of the list of Groups and press the down arrow on the keyboard to open up a new line and enter your Group Name.  Then on the right unver Menu Buttons give it at least one menu button with an icon and then add the program lines to the menu.
 
Once one user has the group, you can use the Add Group button to copy to other users.
