Adding an RTM Print Group
06/08/12 at 05:57:59

It looks like the only way to do so at the moment is manually, as DE-B does not have the new field added. Is there some other way to mass update this?

No, items. For using different versions of the RTM based on what type of item it is. We manually change the form name now.

We also have a generic import program available but for some fields (such as RTM Print Group), whether you use hte generic import or an SQL script,  you need to know where to upload the data because it is buried in an otherwise unused field.  Email me and I can tell you where it is stored.

Ok, we got the RTM Print Group letters imported fine, but they don't seem to have any effect. The help file doesn't seem to say anything about needing to change any settings, and I can't find any. Does it maybe not work if Evo Notes are turned on?

i.e. our default Traveler is ENWOC2.RTM, and we also have an ENWOC2F.RTM. When I print Travelers for items that have RTM Print Group "F" set up it still uses ENWOC2.RTM.

You need to be using T7WOC.RWN not T6WOC.RUN.  T7WOC.RWN dated 5/22/12 will work.

Ok, it does work now, but I get two sets of print dialogs and "documents".

First time I get a completely blank page, and then, after the print dialog comes back and I print again, I get the proper document. Here are my settings:

I don't get the extra pass but I am not printing Short Form.  Let me see if that makes a difference.

If I print to Printer, I don't get a blank sheet, it just doesn't do anything but go back to the Print Dialog, and when I print "again" I get the proper form printed.
