When we first started using EN we were able to save defaults for various settings of which notes to print. That no longer is the case. Whatever they were a while ago when they were saved is always the default now. You can change them, but when you save the settings and then go to print again it's back to the old settings.
 
Perhaps related, the number of note Types is multiplying, i.e. in SOC, SO Line Notes, I currently have:
CSH listed 4 times,
HID listed 4 times,
PRD listed once,
STD listed 6 times*, and
SYS listed once.
 
It seems (though I haven't spent a lot of time playing with this), that every time you try re-setting it and saving it, it adds one more instance of the Note Type to the list.
 
*oops, I just tried re-saving and now it's there 7 times.
