Add note to Sales Order (Read 805 times)

Prier Products Full Member I Love YaBB 2! Posts: 107	Add note to Sales Order 07/06/12 at 07:54:03 We just upgraded to the May 2012 release of EVO. We can't figure out how to add a note to the Sales Order, not the account. We may need to add special instructions for the shipping department as well as we sometimes add a note to the customer.

If you are using the T7SOA (GUI version) you can click on the Notepad icon to enter a note. If your default setting for "Enable Evo Notes System" is set to N then the only Note type that you will be able to print is CSN. If you set the Use Evo Notes System to Y then you can control the printing of different Note types on different forms.
