TIME WHEN GL-O IS DONE (Read 1199 times)

carolg Full Member I Love EvoERP! Posts: 169 Gender:	TIME WHEN GL-O IS DONE 07/24/12 at 13:47:41 Is there any place to find out what time GL-O's are being done and from what user. We seem to be having issues as to who is using GL-O and at what time they are being done.

GL-C and IN-O will give you the audit information for anything that generates GL or Inventory transactions. SO-O-M will document changes to Sales Orders (needs to be turned on in Defaults) but not the original order entry. There is also a default for the SO-A Entered By to automatically fill in with the first 5 characters of the user login.
