We installed Evo at the beginning of this year. And since day one, we have had the inconvenience of the need to keep track of the serial numbers already assigned to another sales order with the same "serial number" product. The classic only showed serial numbers available and did not include the serial numbers already assigned. Evo does not do this.
Are we the only user experiencing this.
Also, there is a big glitch with serial number products on a Credit Memo. Having several problems with this. So annoying that, we are using the Classic to process the sales order for Credit Memos produced from the RMA disposition program.
